Pay Fees Online - Pay permit fees, reinspection fees or other fees due online.

Short Term Rental Permit Application - Apply for a short term rental permit.

All sub contractors are required to have separate City business license.

Note: If you have previously applied for a permit with the City of Simpsonville, you may not need to create a new account. Select "Login", enter the email that was previously used then select "Forgot or Reset Password" to create a new password. If you HAVE NOT previously applied for a permit with the City of Simpsonville, click "New Account" at the top right corner of the page.
