  • Check the status of your application or plan review under My Projects.
  • Select Payment to make a payment for an application or project fee.
An account is required for project submission. Please do not create duplicate accounts. Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.
  • If you HAVE submitted a plan for review or zoning application with the Town of Leland since 1/1/2019, you may not need to create a new account. Select "Login", enter the email that was previously used then select "Forgot or Reset Password" to create a new password.
  • If you HAVE NOT previously submitted a plan for review or zoning application with The Town of Leland, click "New Account" at the top right corner of the page.
