This site can be used to submit a permit application, search for permits that have been issued, view a list of "My Permits" after logging in and schedule/cancel inspections.

Apply for Permit - Submit a permit application and upload any supporting documents.

Permit Search - Search for permits by address, date, contractor, tax map ID, or subdivision.

My Permits - Check the status of your permit application and inspection results.

Schedule Inspection - Schedule an inspection on your permit.

Cancel Inspection - Cancel a scheduled inspection.

Pay Fees Online - Pay permit fees, reinspection fees or other fees due online.

Note: If you have previously applied for a permit with the Town of Clover, you may not need to create a new account. Select "Login", enter the email that was previously used then select "Forgot or Reset Password" to create a new password. If you HAVE NOT previously applied for a permit with the Town of Clover, click "New Account" at the top right corner of the page.

Please do not create duplicate accounts. Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.
