Steps for Submitting a Renewal

1. Create an account on the portal and submit your application online. This will allow staff to review and process your application much faster.
2. Once approved, you'll receive an email with instructions for paying for your license which can also be done online.
3. Then you'll receive an email with your business license.

New Account

You'll need an account to use the portal. Please do not create duplicate accounts. Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off. Create an account online by selecting the Create Account button. Enter your account information and select Save.

Existing Account

If you already have an account, select the Login button. Enter your email address listed on your account. You can choose to receive your one-time PIN for login by email or text.

Once you’re logged in, you can: submit an application, view your licenses, pay fees due and remit hospitality or accommodations tax.
