Online Services for Business Licensing

Here you can apply for or renew a business license, request zoning and building code compliance approval for your business.

Follow these steps. NOTE: Renewing businesses should not create a new account. Multiple licenses are allowed under the same user.
1. For existing accounts, click "New Application" and login. You may reset your password if you have forgotten it.
2. For new accounts, create a "New Account", then "New Application and login.

Use the New Application option to apply for a license for any of the following types of businesses:

    Select Category "Annual License" for:
  • New Commercial (or relocation of a commercial-based business)
  • New Home-Based (or relocation of a home-based business)
  • New Outside-City (Annual)

    • Select Category "Non-Annual License" for:
  • Contractors
  • Special Event
  • Temporary
  • New License-Exempt Organizations (tax-exempt, liquor stores, some banks) (or relocation of a license-exempt organization)

Use the Renewal Application option to renew your business license (after April 30). Per-Job and One-Time Event Licenses should always use the New Application option.
